What does your site do exactly?

In the simplest sense, our site is a do-it-yourself mobile app builder. That means you can build your own, stand-alone, custom-branded mobile app to compliment your service. This is done all online, all in our secure cloud, and all without any programming or experience necessary.

What's a mobile app?

A mobile app is short for "Mobile Application". A Mobile Application is simply a computer program that runs on a mobile device. It is installed very much like a normal computer program that you would find on your desktop or laptop, but it is optimized for a mobile device, most notably, the Apple iPhone or Google Android powered smartphones.

Why should I care about being mobile?

Mobile apps offer unique opportunities for businesses to deepen customer relations. On our site, you can build an app to perfectly compliment your service that will increase loyalty and sales. In today's modern world you can reach your clients, employees, students or athletes in ways not possible before. What's an 'end-user'?

An end-user refers to the person who will be using your app. This can be one of your athletes, clients, employees, students etc.

Is it just for the iPhone?

Yes. Right now it's just for the iPhone, but we will be rolling out our Android version soon.

How do I get started?

Do I have to register or pay to get started?

Nope! You neither have to register, nor do you have to pay anything to get started. Additionally, you don't pay until you're ready to publish your app.

Do I have to know how to program in order to build an app?

Nope! Our site was built with the intention of never having to write any code (the stuff that makes computer programs work). You don't need to have any experience or know-how about mobile apps to build one. You simply follow our on-screen instructions and you'll be all set.

How long does it take to build an app?

If you just want to add all of the basic functionality, it could take as little as 10 minutes to get your app ready to be published. Additional customization can take longer than 10 minutes depending on how much content you have, but we've worked incredibly hard to ensure that the process is as painless as possible.

Publishing an app

After I build an app, what happens next?

After you finish building your app and are ready to publish it, you simply enter your billing info and we take care of the rest. We test your app to ensure that it is working properly, that it's free of errors, and a long list of other quality assurance points.

Once we have tested your app and it passed our standards, we upload your app to the respective app store. For the iPhone, it is uploaded to Apple's App Store, and for the Android, it is uploaded to Google Play. These App stores, specifically the Apple App store, need time to approve your app, and that process can take 1-3 weeks. Once approved, your users will be able to download and use your app immediately.

How does my app get in the App Store?

We handle the entire App Store process, so you can rest easy knowing that we're taking care of the whole thing. You don't have to worry about what to do if your app gets rejected or any obscure App Store policies.

How safe and private is my data?

Security and privacy is our top priority. We do not sell your data, share your data, or view your data. We believe in the highest privacy standards and when it comes to security, we back up your data daily. Each transmission of your data is handled via a secure SSL connection with our servers.
